Bases: Struct, Generic[T], SupportsParameterRenaming

A non-learnable parameter.

This is like Parameter, but it is NOT an instance of Parameter, so pz.select(model).at_instances_of(pz.nn.Parameter) will not select it.

• value (T) – The value of the parameter.

• name (str) – The name of this parameter.
